We are seeking a skilled Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our team at Audiology Innovations. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and working closely with audiologists to develop personalized treatment plans.
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in audiology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Administer evaluative tests to assess hearing loss and recommend appropriate treatment options
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans for patients
- Collaborate with audiologists to ensure seamless patient care and accurate diagnosis
- Provide ongoing support and education to patients on hearing instrument use and maintenance
- Maintain accurate records and files for each patient
- Bachelor's degree in Audiology or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in audiology or hearing instrument specialization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including dental plan, health care plan, paramedical services coverage, bonus, and free parking available.
