Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatching and Scheduling: Coordinate the movement of vehicles and drivers to meet customer demands and optimize routes.

  • Record Keeping: Accurately maintain records of vehicle movements, driver hours, and other relevant data to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to vehicle maintenance, driver performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of drivers and dispatchers to ensure they have the necessary tools and support to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, such as logistics, transportation, or operations management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in dispatch management software.
