Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to assist customers, provide exceptional service, and contribute to the overall success of our store in Brant, Canada.

• Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers with their purchases, providing personalized support to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions to offer accurate information and recommendations to customers.
• Transaction Processing: Process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash register operations with precision.
• Merchandise Management: Organize and replenish merchandise on the sales floor, ensuring a well-stocked and visually appealing environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets, fostering a supportive and dynamic team culture.

• A high school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is an asset.
• Critical Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
