Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Energy Efficiency Consultant to lead the development and execution of capacity-building projects for a high-profile client. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging content tailored to diverse audiences, including video capsules, webinars, workshops, fact sheets, and best practice guides.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute capacity-building projects from inception to completion, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and quality of all materials.
- Collaborate with internal and external consultants and technical experts to ensure training content is technically accurate and visually appealing.
- Develop, review, and maintain materials focused on energy efficiency, decarbonization, and energy management.
- Conduct research and data analysis to support the creation of high-quality deliverables adapted to different target audiences.
- Ensure continuous communication with clients and stakeholders to guarantee project alignment with their expectations.
- Academic background in Engineering, Energy Management, Energy Policy, or a related field.
- Five to ten years of experience in energy efficiency, energy management, decarbonization, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in consulting and/or project management.
- Knowledge of the Ontario energy sector and Conservation Demand Management (CDM) landscape.
- Great English communication skills, both orally and in writing, and ability to effectively communicate scientific content.
