We are seeking a skilled Mixology Specialist to join our team at Quality Inn & Conference Centre. As a Mixology Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving beverages to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain the bar area, including washing glassware and equipment.
- Provide recommendations on drink selections to guests.
- Collect payment for beverages and record sales.
- Order and manage bar stock, ensuring accurate inventory and control.
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, draft and bottled beer, and non-alcoholic options.
- Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from guests.
- Will train on the job.
