Automotive Refinishing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Refinishing Technician to join our team at MicroShield Auto Care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs and refinishing services to our customers.
Job Title: Automotive Refinishing Specialist
Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionAs an Automotive Refinishing Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to inspect repaired vehicles, plan repair work to be performed, and ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
You will also be responsible for cleaning and maintaining your workspace, filing and grinding body surfaces to be repaired, masking and taping auto body surfaces in preparation for painting, applying primers and repainting surfaces, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in automotive refinishing or a related field;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Valid driver's license and own transportation;
