At YPA Realty Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

This is a permanent opportunity working 40 hours per week in English. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and be able to develop effective policies, perform administrative tasks, and provide excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth;
  • Reviewing and evaluating commercial or industrial development proposals to identify new business opportunities;
  • Designing and conducting market research questionnaires to gather valuable insights and data;
  • Preparing and submitting funding applications to secure financial support for projects;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and goals.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits and perks to support your professional growth and well-being.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • At least 1 year of experience in a marketing-related role, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
