We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Banquet Supervisor to join our team at Apollo Convention Centre Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive business growth.
- Negotiation and Client Relations: Negotiate with clients for catering and facility use, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Operations Management: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, and conduct performance reviews to maintain high standards.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to meet customer demands.
- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Event Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless event execution.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
