About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Healthcare Architect/Medical Planner to join our Toronto Healthcare Studio. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the planning and design of healthcare projects, working collaboratively with clients and teams to deliver innovative healthcare facilities across Canada, the USA, and internationally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and development of healthcare facilities, engaging with clients and teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop creative solutions for both traditionally procured and P3 procured projects, leveraging your expertise in clinical planning and design.
  • Review and provide feedback on clinical planning completed by other team members, ensuring high-quality design and delivery.
  • Collaborate with project teams and participate in business development client meetings to drive strategic direction for healthcare projects.
  • Provide oversight for the design and delivery of projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the delivery of healthcare projects, with a strong background in clinical planning and design.
  • Licensed Architect with a Bachelor of Architecture Degree, and experience in leadership roles.
  • Strong presentation, communication, organizational, and team building skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
