We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our installation and delivery team as a Resource Management Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing resources requests, integrating centralized resources assignment processes, and establishing scenarios to predict the impact of project changes.
The Role We Offer:
As a Resource Management Specialist, you will have the opportunity to participate in the simulator realization and be involved in the following tasks:
- Integrate the centralized resources assignment process to the civil (high/low volume) projects software development.
- Manage resources requests and establish scenarios to predict the impact of project changes.
- Put in place and execute the process in continuous improvement mode.
- Identify software development resources based on resources availability, competencies, and business requirements.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on next month's projects workload.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering or College degree with applicable experience.
- Strong planning skills and quick adaptability to priorities changes.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English.
- Decision-taking leadership and a will to challenge existing processes.
- Strong interest in Continuous Improvement.
