About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Ambassador to join our team at J.D. Irving, Limited.
As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clientele receives the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Employ professional phone etiquette to handle incoming inquiries with care and attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate records in our system by inputting customer information and managing orders, returns, and exchanges with precision.
- Promote additional products or services to enhance revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate customer requirements to suggest the most fitting products or services, driving sales and revenue growth.
- Address customer grievances promptly and courteously, resolving issues effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are an asset.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on satisfaction and loyalty.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze information and resolve problems efficiently.
- Experience in sales or promoting additional services is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in data entry and CRM systems is preferred.
- Bilingual ability is an asset for this position.
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
