Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Genesis A.P. Inc. The successful candidate will assist skilled tradespersons, load and unload construction materials, and perform various tasks to support the construction process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, ensuring a safe and clean working environment
  • Measure, cut, fit, and install drywall sheets to meet project specifications
  • Assist skilled tradespersons with various tasks, including measuring and cutting insulating materials
  • Work collaboratively with the construction team to achieve project goals and deadlines
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as required
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks
Working Conditions

The Construction Laborer will work in a fast-paced construction environment, with regular exposure to dust, noise, and other hazards. The successful candidate must be able to work safely and efficiently in this environment.
