Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Bismillah Enterprises Ltd. as a key member of our coffee shop team.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including counting tills and storing cash and valuables securely.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Work Setting
