Salary and BenefitsThe estimated base pay range for this role is currently $78,800 - $134,500 per year. Benefits include access to healthcare, a retirement plan company match, an employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, among others. Employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan, and certain roles are also eligible for additional awards, including recognition and stock.
The salary will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, and the ultimate job duties and requirements.

Job DescriptionThe High-Performance RFIC Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and verifying RFIC circuits within multi-chip wireless mobile modules. The engineer will work closely with Chip leads and receive strong mentorship to develop their capabilities.
- Design and verify RF ICs in mobile products
- Participate in block level planning and tradeoff discussions
- Aid in essential tapeout verification work to ensure high-quality submissions and risk reductions
This role requires:
- BS degree and 5+ years of experience is required. MS or PhD preferred in the area of RFIC design.
- Deep understanding of RF theories and concepts such as S-parameters, transmission lines, matching circuits, LNAs, switches, dividers, bias circuits, etc.
- Experience in design, analysis, and implementation of LNAs and RF switches.
- Solid understanding of RF amplifier stability, matching, and bias design considerations.
- Deep understanding of semiconductor technologies for analog and RF applications, including SOI, SiGe BiCMOS, CMOS, etc.
- Proficient using design tools such as Cadence ADE, EMX, etc.
- Very strong eye for detail and drive for quality and continuous improvement.
- Solid oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or within a team and deliver according to product requirements and schedule.
