Electronic Assembly Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronic Assembly Supervisor to join our team at New World Technologies Inc.
Job SummaryThe Electronic Assembly Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the production of electronic assemblies, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, experience in electronic assembly, and a strong understanding of quality control procedures.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate activities of electronics assemblers, fabricators, inspectors, and testers.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that production deadlines are met.
- Prepare and submit reports on production progress and any issues that arise.
- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Train or arrange for training for employees to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Oversee safety of operations and ensure that all employees follow safety protocols.
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., electrical engineering, electronics technology) or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in electronic assembly or a related field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
- Physical ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and stand for long periods.
- Competitive salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
