Job Title: Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Little Caesars. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for our team members to ensure that we have the right staff on hand to meet customer demand.
  • Requisition Food and Kitchen Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure that we have everything we need to operate efficiently.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer demand.
  • Train Staff: Provide training and coaching to our team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.
  • Hire Food Service Staff: Recruit and hire new team members to join our team.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of our food and service to ensure that it meets our high standards.
  • Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Create and manage budgets and cost estimates to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
Work Environment:

As a Shift Manager at Little Caesars, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service or related role.
  • Language: English.
