  • Delivering groceries in a fully equipped van, providing a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborating with the online shopping team and customer service center to resolve customer service recovery situations.
  • Achieving operational standards for the Online Shopping Department.
  • Operating the delivery vehicle safely, adhering to road rules and regulations.
  • Maintaining the delivery vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness and roadworthiness.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A valid class 5 BC driver's licence and a clean driver's abstract.
  • A Serving It Right certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Experience in a customer service-related role.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • The ability to lift up to 40 pounds and use a smartphone to navigate Google Maps.
