We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Personal Support Workers (PSWs) at beBee Professionals in Barrie, Canada.

About the Role:

As a PSW, you will play a vital role in providing essential care to our clients, enhancing their quality of life and promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
  • Provide support with medication administration and daily exercises.
  • Monitor client's health status and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support.
  • Assist with light household duties, such as cleaning and meal preparation.
Requirements:
  • Certification as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) in Canada.
  • Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare settings.
  • Strong communication skills and empathy towards patients.
  • Physical ability to perform lifting and supporting movements.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
