About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Solutions Architect to join our team at Amazon. As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will help them solve complex business challenges by designing and advising on scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive technical solutions discussions with customers to solve complex technical problems and craft scalable cloud architectures.
  • Define and deliver on the strategy by engaging with highly technical teams, including Solutions Architects, Technical Account Managers, and AWS professional services consultants.
  • Act as a thought leader in the wider community, educating and sharing best practices through presentations, white papers, blogs, and workshops.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in specific technology domains, such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data analytics.
  • 2+ years of experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
  • 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries.
  • Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
  • Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective.
