Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team at Canamex-Carbra Transportation Services Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials across various routes, both domestically and internationally.
Key Responsibilities- Transportation: Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, adhering to all relevant regulations and safety protocols.
- Logistics: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed to ensure efficient transportation.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintenance: Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections, as well as oversee all aspects of vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Documentation: Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption, as well as obtain and manage necessary permits and documents.
- Licenses and Certifications: Possess a valid AZ class license and a valid passport.
- Experience: Previous experience as a truck driver, preferably with international routes, is an asset.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and a strong attention to detail.
This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with regular overtime required. The successful candidate must be willing to travel for extended periods, both domestically and internationally.
