Job Description
  • Leverage machine learning frameworks and data management mechanisms in a cloud setting to develop actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with business partners to create meaningful segments for targeted consumer interactions based on shared preferences and behaviors.
  • Partner with machine learning engineers to refine and extend Reinforcement Learning-based marketing optimization capabilities.
  • Develop and implement modern ML solutions to address complex banking use cases and promote knowledge sharing across the team.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in delivering applied machine learning or data science capabilities in consumer-facing and/or enterprise applications.
  • Strong working knowledge of Python-based machine learning frameworks and data management mechanisms in a cloud setting.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with deep science professionals and business decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with GenAI concepts, including retrieval augmented generation or fine tuning.
Compensation and Benefits
