Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Boiler and MUA Technician to join our team at CB Canada. As a Boiler and MUA Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and adjusting boiler systems, performing preventative checks on equipment, and ensuring the safety, quality, and efficiencies of the installation crew.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and adjust boiler systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform preventative checks on equipment to identify potential issues.
  • Ensure the safety, quality, and efficiencies of the installation crew.
  • Document all work performed and recommended on the repair order.
  • Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
  • Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Plumber/gas fitting journeyman/red seal certification.
  • Extensive service background including gas fired hot water and steam boilers.
  • Gas, Hydronic and Process Piping experience.
  • HVAC, Refrigeration service background preferred, however we offer cross training to HVAC Red Seal Certification.
  • A ticket preferred, minimum B ticket with recorded hours under a registered A ticket Plumber/ Gas Fitter.
  • Proven service, maintenance and installation experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
