About the Role

We're seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) NAMER Data & AI team. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with customers to understand their complex business challenges and develop strategic solutions that drive growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans that turn AWS ideas into multi-billion-dollar businesses
  • Lead technical strategy for AWS' Database services for LATAM customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and execute sales plays, leverage partners, and drive results for customers
  • Provide critical feedback from customers to inform our product roadmap and work closely with our partner network to build an ecosystem supporting our customers' goals
What You'll Need
  • 8+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience
  • Professional proficiency in Spanish and English is required; Portuguese is desirable
  • Experience in design/implementation/consulting/migration of Database solutions in one or more of the following: Oracle SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL
  • Experience in design/implementation/consulting/migration of NoSQL solutions in one or more of the following products: Professional proficiency in Spanish and English is required; Portuguese is desirable
