Savers, a leading thrift operator in North America and Australia, champions reuse and inspires a second-hand culture. Our mission is to provide value-priced, pre-owned items while redirecting billions of pounds of used goods away from landfills.

As one of the largest for-profit thrift operators, we supply our stores with gently-used items donated by the community to local nonprofit organizations. We purchase these items directly from our partners, providing them with valuable funding for community-based programs and services.

Role Overview

As a Store Operations Lead at Savers / Value Village, you will play a crucial role in driving store success every day. You will make important decisions that impact business results and develop your team members to achieve their career goals.

The position may include roles such as Front End Supervisor, Production Supervisor, or Community Donation Supervisor.
