Our goal is to deliver innovative products and unique solutions for our customers. We use various software tools to streamline our process, including programs from Esko and EFI.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Direct Mail Data Specialist to manage client mailing lists and implement mailing campaigns. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills and be data-driven, detail-oriented, and creative. This role requires effective communication and teamwork with graphic designers and marketing strategists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update and maintain client mailing lists
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to enact advertising campaigns
  • Process and prepare customer files for mailings
  • Review work outputs for accuracy
  • Perform merge/purge routines and NCOA (National Change Of Address)
  • Prepare databases for inkjet printing or high-speed variable printing
  • Craft and strategize personalized variable data print campaigns
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and write reports on results
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Direct Mail Data Specialist or related role
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of variable data printing and associated strategies
  • USPS pre-sort software knowledge (BCC Mail Manager)
  • Experience with database technologies such as MS WORD, EXCEL, Access, Adobe, and PrintShop Mail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
