About the Role

In this leadership position, you will oversee and manage all active ERP implementations and support initiatives, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and client satisfaction. You will work closely with consulting and support teams to develop, refine, and operate a structured implementation and support methodology, delivering premium customer support and ERP solutions.

This role offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence and work directly with senior executives to shape business unit strategies. If you have experience in municipal finance, ERP implementations, and software business operations, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee ERP implementations and support initiatives.
  • Develop and refine a structured implementation and support methodology.
  • Lead teams of 5-15 employees.
  • Manage financial software management systems (ERP).
Requirements
  1. University degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
  2. Minimum of 5+ years in a Senior Municipal Finance role.
  3. Experience in implementing Enterprise ERP Software.
  4. Strong working knowledge of Financial Software Management Systems (ERP).
