About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Attendant to join our team at Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the hotel's facilities and equipment are in good working order.
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the hotel's maintenance team to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding hotel amenities, services, and emergency procedures.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inspections.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry concepts.
  • Previous certification or hotel maintenance experience is an asset.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
