Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our Field Sales team at Royal Bank of Canada. As an accredited Life & Wealth Advisor, you will provide integrated life insurance planning and advice to clients, leveraging your knowledge of RBC Insurance's Life, Whole Life, Living Benefits, and Wealth products to deliver valuable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with clients to understand their life events and offer comprehensive insurance and financial advice
  • Promote a client-first mindset in a digital environment by meeting clients at their convenience
  • Develop and deepen client relationships using Salesforce and other compliant customer tools
  • Contribute to team sales success through individual sales goals
  • Expand external networks by capitalizing on market opportunities and referrals from approved centers of influence
  • Regularly review business results and adjust activities to meet established targets

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent
  • Business development and prospecting skills with a goal-oriented attitude
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Life/A&S License (HLLQP/LLQP) or willingness to complete before start date
  • 1-2+ years' professional sales experience in the Insurance Industry
  • Existing network of referrals and approved centers of influence
  • Digital literacy using various systems and tools
