Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) invites a qualified and motivated physician to join our team as a Family Practice Physician in our esteemed North East Urgent and Primary Care Clinic.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with an experienced team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care to patients with non-life-threatening injuries, illnesses, and conditions.
  • Work in a dynamic environment that values teamwork, mutual respect, and open communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, educational programs, and clinical simulation exercises to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date with best practices.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be eligible for licensure by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC and hold current certification from the Canadian College of Family Physicians.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care, with a focus on foundational primary care and urgent/emergent care integration.
  • Have experience working in a similar role or have completed relevant training and education.

Salary: $250,000 - $350,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
