Job Title: Mental Health and Addictions Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health and Addictions Nurse to join our team. As a Mental Health and Addictions Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals struggling with mental health and addiction issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and develop individualized care plans for patients with mental health and addiction needs
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on mental health and addiction issues
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and services
  • Conduct assessments and provide interventions to patients with mental health and addiction issues
Requirements:
  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in mental health and addiction nursing
  • Strong assessment and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
