About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including pizzas, salads, and sandwiches, to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and ensure that all food is presented in a clean and appealing manner.
  • Teamwork: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and order supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Cleanliness: Clean kitchen and work areas to the highest standards, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
