Exciting Opportunity for Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at J TRUCKLINES INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Less than a year of experience in a related fieldKey Responsibilities
  • Organize and manage work tasks efficiently to ensure seamless operations
  • Manage operational logistics to optimize resource allocation and reduce costs
  • Generate and submit detailed reports to stakeholders, including management and clients
  • Execute staff recruitment and selection processes to build a high-performing team
  • Coordinate training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Assign and supervise tasks effectively to ensure timely completion and high quality
  • Maintain accurate inventory records to ensure efficient supply chain management
  • Develop work schedules and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Lead operational logistics planning to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Work Term: Full-time position
  • Language: Proficient in English
  • Hours: 32-40 hours per week
