Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform repairs to internal and external structures of buildings, including making necessary adjustments to ensure safety and stability.
  • Build and install items such as furniture and stairs, and ensure that buildings are secure and well-maintained.
  • Conduct daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment and tools, and perform repairs as needed.
  • Assist in the resolution of design issues, change requests, material defects, and equipment problems.
  • Perform various forms of labor to assist in the successful completion of construction projects from start to finish.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Degree or diploma in a related field.
  • Certification(s) and/or license(s) appropriate to industry.
  • Knowledge of appropriate materials, methods, and tools required in various construction processes.
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, walk, and stand for long periods of time.
Work Environment:

As a Restoration Technician, you will work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to hazards associated with the industry/trade. You will be required to stand for extended periods, work in hot and humid conditions, and lift heavy objects.
