Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Treehouse Toys. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating the cash register, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a friendly and welcoming experience.
  2. Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, process payments, and manage cash handling duties accurately and efficiently.
  3. Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, tidying up displays, and performing other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • You must have previous retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • You must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
