Sales Supervisor Role at Precise Landscaping and Construction

We are seeking a skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Precise Landscaping and Construction. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales process, managing sales teams, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed
  • Authorize payments by cheque and manage financial transactions
  • Authorize return of merchandise and resolve customer complaints
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure efficient operations
  • Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week and adapt to changing priorities
