Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and sale of liquor products, ensuring that our inventory is accurately tracked and that we are meeting our sales targets.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Merchandising: Work with our sales team to ensure that our store is merchandised to the highest standards, with a focus on creating an attractive and inviting shopping environment.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to our management team to help drive business growth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
