Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Vice President to join our team at Shades4U INC. This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and excellence.
  • Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring effective resource allocation and management.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in manufacturing or production.

  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
