About This Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Team Leader to join our dynamic team in the fast-paced consumer goods industry. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing production operations, leading teams to achieve performance targets, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage production teams to achieve operational goals, including safety, quality, and efficiency targets.
- Develop and implement plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and eliminate waste.
- Identify and prioritize areas for improvement and implement changes to drive results.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading production teams, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
- Strong technical foundation in continuous improvement methodologies and autonomous maintenance.
- Proven ability to manage conflicts and drive problem resolution.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis; experience with Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Availability to work in Continental shifts (day or nights).
