Retail Store Manager

Top Shelf Liquor Store is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the store.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including assigning duties and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Plan and develop exhibits and displays for museum exhibitions, trade shows, conventions, and retail spaces.
- Order merchandise and authorize returns, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained and that customer needs are met.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are working efficiently and effectively.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are accurate and that products are easily accessible to customers.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Flexibility and reliability, with a strong commitment to customer service.
Our store operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. The successful candidate will be able to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Language:English is the primary language of communication in our store, and the successful candidate will be required to have excellent English language skills.Work Term:
Permanent position available.
Hours:30 to 40 hours per week.
