Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team at Driftwood Dental. As a key member of our oral health team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate services for patient care
- Perform clinical preventative hygiene services, including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants, and whitening
- Provide oral health education and counseling to patients
- Establish strong patient relationships and maintain ethical and professional behavior
- Retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on their expectations
- Demonstrate active listening and empathy using effective communication skills
- Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree program completion
- Registration with the College of Dental Hygienists of British Columbia
- Valid CPR Certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with dental software considered an asset
