Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and caring Childcare Professional to join our team at Pardip Singh Bal. As a nanny, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care to infants and children in a family setting.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working with children of various ages, including infants and toddlers.
  • You will be responsible for creating a safe and healthy environment, ensuring the well-being and happiness of the children in your care.
  • As a childcare professional, you will be expected to perform light housekeeping duties, prepare nutritious meals, and establish a daily routine that includes activities such as bath time, reading, and playtime.

This is a permanent position, requiring 40 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assume full responsibility for the household when parents are away, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children.
  2. Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning and organizing the living space.
  3. Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, maintaining a high level of personal hygiene and cleanliness.
  4. Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, promoting positive behavior and respect.
  5. Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, encouraging independence and self-confidence.
  6. Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, preventing accidents and injuries.
  7. Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary restrictions and preferences.
  8. Supervise and care for children, engaging in activities that promote learning and development.
  9. Take children to and from school and to appointments, ensuring punctuality and reliability.
  10. Tend to the emotional well-being of children, providing comfort and support during difficult times.
  11. Help children with homework, promoting academic success and interest in learning.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in childcare or a related field.

Salary Information
