Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Woodworking Machine Operator to join our team at Epic Components Wrap Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating computerized or manual woodworking machines to fabricate wood products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate woodworking machines to fabricate wood products
  • Operate gluing machines to glue pieces of wood together or press and affix wood veneer to wood surfaces
  • Clean and lubricate machinery and equipment
  • Read and interpret specifications or follow verbal instructions
Work Environment

Our work site environment is noisy, dusty, and hot. You will be working in a wood products manufacturer or furniture manufacturing company setting.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods
