Gibson Farms Inc is seeking a skilled Farm Worker, Fruit to join our team. As a key member of our agricultural team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and productivity of our fruit crops.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and maintain fruit crops to prevent disease and pests
- Hand harvest and process fruit for market
- Train and prune fruit trees to optimize yields
- Weed and cultivate soil to promote healthy growth
- Operate farm equipment, including tractors and sprayers
As a Farm Worker, Fruit, you will work outdoors in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel to perform tasks.
Requirements:- 1-6 months of experience in agriculture or a related field
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor
