About Gio's Ste-Agathe

We are seeking a skilled Catering Supervisor to join our team at Gio's Ste-Agathe. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef to ensure accurate and timely preparation of menu items.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays to ensure that they are presented in a visually appealing manner.
  • Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys to ensure that they are delivered to the correct locations.
  • Work closely with the culinary team to ensure that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role or in a related field is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with the culinary team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Dependability and initiative to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
