Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to oversee the condition of our vehicles and ensure safe transportation of cargo. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and be able to perform emergency roadside repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the condition of vehicles and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment
  • Perform emergency roadside repairs
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption
  • Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo

Requirements:

  • Air Brakes Endorsement
  • Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
  • Driver logbook
  • Driving record check (abstract)

Working Conditions:

Varies, with the possibility of working in various locations.

Work Schedule:

40 to 60 hours per week.

Language: English.
