Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Clerk to join our team at Johnston's. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing bank reconciliations, invoicing clients, and collecting payments from debtors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Transactions: Prepare accurate and timely bank reconciliations, invoices, and payment reports.
  • Clerical Duties: Maintain filing and record systems, perform general office duties, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, and MS Word, as well as SAP (FI/CO / HR / MM / OT SD).
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, accurate, excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, and team player.
