Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer I to support the development of high-quality applications used by our lottery clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for the monthly maintenance of lottery self-service terminals, including updates to their content and software enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front-end UI development with a strong emphasis on collaboration with other developers.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize project tasks.
  • Communication with business analysts, quality assurance analysts, project managers, and lottery stakeholders.
  • Maintaining high standards related to coding, testing, and implementation.
  • Light to medium animation effort using HTML, CSS, JS, and Adobe Animate.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Computer Science required or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML.
  • Experience with version control systems (GitHub, SVN, or equivalent).
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, self-motivation, and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Must be at least 21.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe suite of products considered an asset.
  • Working knowledge of React, Angular, considered an asset.
