Job Summary:

RED TIC is seeking a highly skilled Network Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our infrastructure, ensuring the security, availability, and performance of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and administer servers, operating systems, and network services to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Monitor and supervise the availability, performance, and security of the entire infrastructure to identify and resolve potential issues.
  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect data and systems from unauthorized access.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and apply necessary patches and updates to ensure the security of our systems.
  • Provide technical support to internal users to resolve system and network-related issues.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to quickly and efficiently resolve incidents.
  • Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies to ensure business continuity in the event of data loss.
  • Document system procedures, configurations, and changes to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in network systems administration and management.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and network services.
  • Familiarity with security protocols and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud computing and virtualization.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and regulations.
  • Certifications in network administration and security.
