Job Overview

The LEGO Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience for our guests, ensuring a clean and safe store environment, and maintaining visual standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting every guest and responding to their needs in a friendly and engaging manner.
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including daily cleaning duties and visual merchandising.
  • Assist in receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintain the stockroom to LEGO Brand Retail standards.
  • Notify management of potential shortage situations and adhere to all safety regulations.
