About the Role
This exciting opportunity is part of our product design team, where you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing innovative solutions for our next-generation products. As an Embedded Electronics Engineer, you will be responsible for creating product specifications, managing timelines, and ensuring that products meet all quality and performance standards. Your hands-on involvement in prototype development and fabrication will be crucial in bringing these innovative ideas to life.

The position offers a unique blend of office and lab-based work, allowing you to balance your time between theoretical concepts and practical implementation. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from concept through production, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop detailed product specifications and designs based on customer/internal requirements and market direction
• Conduct feasibility studies, design reviews, and risk assessments to ensure that the products meet quality and performance standards
• Develop analog and digital electronics for the control of new and existing products
• Create technical documentation including schematics and circuit block diagrams
• Develop and layout PCBs
• Develop and execute test plans and design verification testing
• Create jigs for circuit verification
• Develop BOMs and board assembly information
• Fabricate prototypes

Technical Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years' electronic design experience
• Strong knowledge of circuit design, PCB layout, and testing methodologies
• Proficiency in Electronic CAD software, such as Eagle
• Proficiency in Mechanical CAD software, such as SolidWorks
• Experience with embedded systems and microcontroller programming
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
